NW Electric and Solar did an outstanding job from start to finish, from evaluating my options to installation, every step was done professionally and transparently. Initially, I signed up with Tesla. After waiting for 2 frustrating years without getting any updates I cancelled my Tesla contract and engaged these guys. I am happy I did. A solar system is a lasting investment, and you need someone who can work with you every step of the process to optimize the design for your roof, answer all questions, and these guys do it well. I also got a level 2 charger installed for a reasonable add on price.

NWES gave me amazing customer service, multiple estimates for my house, accurate estimate on solar production, fair pricing, installation exactly as described, sort after install, etc. and the best part – in the first year, I BEAT their energy production prediction! I recommend that you get a free quote from them and have them do a drone flyby. You can trust what they tell you.

Northwest Solar was one of four bidders I originally contacted. All were quite professional, but I really liked the balanced approach to how many panels to use and where to install them. The installation was excellent…the Labor and Industries inspector called it one of the finest installations he had ever inspected. The installation team was friendly and helpful. Bravo!

Ian and his crew at NW Electric and Solar were fantastic. They designed a solar system for my new house. They worked with my builder to make sure there were no visible wires after the house was done. The install took a couple of days and went really smoothly.

Action always speaks louder than words! Northwest Electric’s contract for my solar array was complete with all my options: I was very impressed with the changes and upgrades with no change orders increasing my cost. The job was started and finished on time as promised.

I’m pleased with how nice our rooftop panel layout looks. We put a lot of thought into the best layout for these panels in an effort to achieve the best-looking appearance. My rooftop is highly visible from the raised street alongside our house, so it was worth the effort.

I had NWES install solar panels on a building three years ago, then a second building last year.  Their design, installation and customer service was great and their prices competitive.  It is hard to give a better endorsement than to ask a company to do a second project.

James installed my Tesla charger today. The installation was complex because my service panel is on the opposite side of the house from where the charger was installed. James came up with a very thoughtful approach to routing the wire with a minimum of amount of cutting into my ceiling. I feared for the worst but got the best possible result. I am very glad that I chose NW Electric & Solar. This project was handled so well and James is a star!

Solar panel installation on my home is now complete! The NW Electric & Solar team did a fabulous job. The challenges I observed were (1) The steep pitch and slick roofline surface (it rained for two of the days), and (2) Complexity of my garden. I was fortunate to have had Jason, Josh, Paul, and Steve working the job. They were on time every day, used appropriate employee safety measures, kept the work area organized, answered my questions and left the house and garden in perfect order.
